About

We are thrilled you found us!

Brianna Young Consulting is a small firm passionate about bringing a human-centered focus to the work you do day-to-day. We bring structure and clarity to the softer side of business - personnel development, staff retention, company culture, and people-first systems. We specialize in organizational change that is conversational yet clear, flexible yet data-driven, adaptable yet aligned, and people-centered yet productivity-motivated.

We offer individual and small-team coaching, curriculum and training development and facilitation, workshops, seminars, conference planning, and keynote speaking. We are a simple, streamlined company looking to walk alongside you and your organization to efficiently and effectively reach your goals.

Every service we provide is trauma-responsive (because we know the challenges of our world today), purpose-driven (because we know our clients care about their accomplishments), and belonging-focused (because we know community and connection are crucial for organizational culture).

Our Clients

Our clients are the innovators, the critical thinkers, and the curious. We partner with individuals looking to see their work through new eyes, entrepreneurs desiring to keep people at the center of their focus, organizations looking to attend to employee wellbeing and retention, and any leader looking to transform their system from stagnant and rigid to productive and compassionate.

Our small size is our strength, meaning we have the agility to adapt to the needs of individual clients. From working one-on-one with leaders and managers, to staff development seminars, keynote speaking engagements, and walking institutions through systems-change models, our approach is personalized, hands-on, and aligned with the goals of each organization we serve.

How We Do It

Trauma-Responsive: We hold the realities of our world at the front of everything we do. We know the impacts of stress and trauma, and are leading conversations across industries about how to promote well-being, resilience, and respond compassionately to the needs that arise in organizations and in relationships.

Purpose-Driven: Each team is moving toward goals and ideals and values. We honor those values and help frame them in a way that makes them actionable, human, and accessible. We don't want to create another to-do list, we want to infuse purpose in what we already do.

Belonging-Focused: Knowing others and being known is a critical component to engagement, connection, retention, and community. Each offering centers ways we might draw closer to each other, build trustworthiness and foster connection.

Meet Brianna

Ms. Young is an experienced educator, corporate and nonprofit trainer, project manager, and coach. After nearly a decade in public school systems, she turned her focus to studying the impacts of trauma on individuals and systems and leverages her skills and experiences as an educator, curriculum designer, and administrator to support large and small organizations to define and implement actionable, trauma-informed change. She has worked with clinics, healthcare systems, county departments, community-based organizations, companies, nonprofits, and school districts across the country on training, coaching, technical assistance, and systems change support, all emphasizing the importance of human and healing-centered cultural shifts.

She gets energized when individuals come together to make change happen in their systems and loves sparking community through conversation.  Practically, that means Brianna is deeply committed to trauma-embedded habits and mindsets across industries. Her work as a teacher transformed her life, and now she loves sharing learning and sparking ideas into innovation with colleagues, especially in human-centered ways! She remains people-centered always and knows a great way to do that is through supporting staff wellbeing and rethinking systems.

She founded Brianna Young Consulting in 2021 to support organizations with their efforts to rehumanize their systems by prioritizing wellbeing, transparency, and collective care without compromising on the important work that happens day-to-day.
